Teleporting profile?

Its for broodie argent tournament dailies. The bot tries to go to the tournaments via boat and it takes a lot, while my toons have either the wormhole or the hearthstone in dalaran.

 

So i was thinking in using hbrelog to load a teleporting profile first, something like: check if have the argent tabard which teleports you, if have use it, check wormhole northrend, then use it on icecrown (it creates a portal), if toon doesnt have, then check if hearthstone is set on dalaran or argent tournament.

 

I have absolutely no idea of creating profiles or code... So if someone could create it i would be thankful.

Actually several profiles like this to preload the main profile would be good so i can chain several profiles with hbrelog without having to manually make the bot teleport.

 

I have absolutely no idea of coding. Is there any way where i can check to create simple profiles like this?

 

Or maybe an existing plugin that does this automatically? Or an alternative that i didnt thought?
