Shoutbox entry field

Hi Guys,

 

the box where i can enter text for the shoutbox has gone away....

 

i already asked suspense if i am banned and he answered no i am not....

 

i also tried it with disabled firewall and virus...

 

does anybody know something about this issue and can help me?

did it but no effect... tried it with internet explorer which i really never use and theres also no field to enter the message....

i mentioned it i think 3 weeks ago and didnt thought about

Ah.  Post requirement restriction.  I was wondering why I couldn't shoutbox anymore.  It's driving me crazy seeing people whine about HB not working for non-VIP right now and wanting so badly to tell them it's ALWAYS like that until the new version is approved for normal users.
