shoutbox problem?

hi guys tried using the shoutbox to join in the conversation but i have no text input box is their something wrong with my browser?

no i rarely talk in it and i follow rules it just dissapears every now and then like its back at the moment i thought it was because my vip just expired yesterday but it works now so YAY!

suspense turns off non vip ability to use SB every so often, that could be what was happening

You need to get permission from the boss of the shoutbox, whom you can see at the centre bottom of that image.
